Veganuary is a non-profit organization and campaign that motivates people around the world to eat vegan in January and beyond. Over 100 recipes in the official cookbook “Veganuary” provide inspiration for plant-based dishes that can be easily integrated into everyday life: for example, Thai curry, grilled Caesar salad or a burger with pulled jackfruit. The cookbook also contains information about how to use up leftovers, what belongs in a vegan pantry and what a meal plan for a vegan week looks like.
