Recipe for baking: blueberry muffins without refined sugar

Blueberries, also known as blueberries, are not only delicious, but also very healthy.

For the recipe you will need:
300g blueberries
250 g flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
3 eggs
75g softened butter
175ml milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or similar)
4 tbsp applesauce
vanilla

First preheat the oven to 195 degrees circulating air and line your muffin tin with liners.

Next, the butter is creamed with the eggs.

Then you can stir in the milk, vanilla, maple syrup and applesauce.

Mix the flour with the baking powder separately and then stir into the batter.
You can wash the blueberries and fold them into the mixture.

Then fill the finished dough into the molds and let it bake for about 25 minutes.

Now the muffins only have to cool down and are then ready to enjoy.
