The fact that something should really cost less is currently a small sensation. energyFood, even rental cars have become quite expensive. But houses and condominiums, of all things, could soon become cheaper – after more than a decade in which prices only knew one direction: steep up, most recently by ten percent and more per year, as a nationwide average. In and around the largest cities, the plus was sometimes significantly higher. In the meantime, however, there are increasing signs that the trend could be reversed.
