One of Munich’s fastest-growing companies is moving its headquarters to one of the city’s most expensive buildings: The IT company Personio has apparently rented 40,000 square meters in the “Elementum”, the former Postbank complex between Bayerstrasse, Paul-Heyse-Strasse and Schwanthalerstrasse. This information, which was initially reported by the real estate trade medium “Thomas Daily”, has been confirmed to the SZ by several sources from the industry. Accordingly, Personio pays almost 50 euros per square meter monthly rent, calculated over a period of 15 years, the contract would therefore have a volume of around 350 million euros. According to the industry, this is the largest rental deal ever concluded on the Munich real estate market.
