Real coach Carlo Ancelotti on Eduardo Camavinga’s problems: “He has to learn”

At the headquarters, Real trainer Carlo Ancelotti relies on the proven veterans. There is usually no place in the starting line-up for newcomer Eduardo Camavinga.
Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti spoke about the situation of newcomer Eduardo Camavinga. The 19-year-old Frenchman came to Los Blancos from Stade Rennes for 31 million euros in the summer, but has only played a minor role so far. “He has to learn and experience his position,” said Ancelotti AS.
As a central midfielder, Camavinga competes at Real with numerous international top stars who, unlike him, have a lot of routine. “Every day he trains with Modric, Kroos and Casemiro is a plus for him,” said Ancelotti.
Camavinga mostly just a replacement
The Real-Coach certified Camavinga “immense quality”, even if he was only rarely allowed to show it so far.
In the league, Camavinga has only started five times this season, in the Champions League only in one of the six group games.
