“Focus” tops the “crime scene”

The Ukraine war occupies German TV viewers. The “focus” in the first brought more viewers than the subsequent “crime scene”.

The war in Ukraine continues to cause a great need for information in Germany. The “Focal Point” in the first drove the best ratings of the day on Sunday.

9.412 million people switched according to “Meedia” yesterday at 8:15 p.m. on “Focus: War Against Ukraine”. At “Tatort”, which followed at 8:30 p.m., there were “only” 8.90 million viewers. A decent value.

Fewer people watched the “Tagesschau” at 8:00 p.m. than the subsequent “Focal Point”. The news was tuned in 8.620 million times.

At 10:00 p.m., “Anne Will” benefited in terms of ratings from the previous ARD programs. 4.850 million people followed Anne Will’s (55) political talk show. The conflict in Ukraine was of course also an issue here.

RTL broadcasts a special on Ukraine all day long

RTL also adapted its program to the Ukraine war. The private broadcaster showed the “RTL/ntv Special: War in Ukraine” during the day. The special ran from 6:00 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. prime time.

In the afternoon and in the evening switched according to “quota meter” up to 2.18 million viewers on RTL. This corresponds to a strong market share of 10.7 percent. In the case of the young audience relevant to advertising, the rate was even higher at 15.4 percent.

The first had not changed its program during the day, but showed winter sports.
