The mass murder of millions of Jews in Europe was meticulously planned in 1942 in a villa on the Großer Wannsee. The much-praised historical film on ZDF draws an audience of millions in front of the TV sets.

The ZDF historical film “The Wannsee Conference” had the most viewers on Monday evening. 5.61 million (18.6 percent) switched on the second from 8:15 p.m.

Only the RTL quiz “Who wants to be a millionaire?” was similarly high in terms of ratings, followed by 4.53 million (15.1 percent). They later stayed there with the reality show “I’m a star – get me out of here!” 3.84 million (20.3 percent) off.

The first reached 3.48 million (11.2 percent) with the special program “ARD extra: The Corona situation” and then 2.31 million (7.5 percent) with the documentary “How God created us”. The British crime thriller “Inspector Barnaby: You’re dead!” 2.08 million (6.8 percent) watched ZDFneo.

The Sat.1 comedy “In-Laws in the Bush” came to 1.41 million (4.9 percent). Vox had the documentary “Goodbye Germany! Emigrants” in the program interested 1.33 million (4.5 percent). The ProSieben sitcom “Young Sheldon” brought 890,000 people (2.9 percent) into the house.

810,000 people (2.7 percent) watched the action comedy “Rush Hour” on Kabel Eins. RTLzwei came with the docu-soap “The Geissens – A terribly glamorous family!” also to 810,000 viewers (2.6 percent).
