Inspired by rap stars like Eminem, Jay-Z and Drake: Jill Clark is an unusual rapper – because she is 74 years old.

Most of her lyrics are inspired by well-known rappers, although she admits that she couldn’t possibly hold a candle to them.

She herself says that her videos are particularly good for entertainment. Fortunately, their adult grandchildren are not ashamed of them.

Jill doesn’t just rap for fun, but for a good cause.

She is raising funds for a local cat shelter in West Sussex, where she has been a volunteer for the past eight years.

Last year she raised more than 800 euros in donations through her funny rap performances.

“If I had to rap in front of an audience, I’d probably be very nervous, although I’ve done a lot of amateur theater as well.” – Jill vs. SWNS

On her first appearance, she needs four attempts before she can present her text correctly.

“Rappers are so fast! I don’t understand how they pull this off, but it’s amazing!” – Jill vs. SWNS

The curious thing about her hobby is that Jill doesn’t even particularly like rap music.

She prefers listening to the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan or the Beatles.

She only listens to rap music if there are no swear words in it.
