After Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann, band confidante Alena Makeeva is now also being targeted by the authorities. The public prosecutor’s office in Berlin is investigating.
The Berlin public prosecutor’s office has started investigations against Alena Makeeva. A spokeswoman for the agency confirmed this star a corresponding report by “Welt” on Friday afternoon.
“The procedure was (…) initiated on the basis of several criminal complaints by third parties – i.e. persons not involved in any crime – and ex officio by the Berlin public prosecutor’s office for allegations of sexual offenses and the sale of narcotics,” said the spokeswoman request with.
Rammstein denies allegations
Makeeva is considered a confidante of the band Rammstein, whose singer Till Lindemann is also the focus of the Berlin public prosecutor’s office. She also accuses him of sexual offenses and the sale of narcotics. Several women had made serious allegations against Lindemann in the past few weeks. Compared to numerous media, also the star, they described how young women were apparently specifically recruited for sex with the singer. Makeeva is said to have taken over this. She described herself on Instagram as Rammstein’s “Casting Director”. The band emphasizes that the 35-year-old held no official position.
The 60-year-old Lindemann denies the allegations against himself. According to “Welt”, Makeeva did not want to comment on the criminal allegations. Like Till Lindemann, she is considered innocent until proven otherwise.

Meanwhile, Rammstein drummer Christoph Schneider has commented on the allegations against Lindemann and the band for the first time. On Instagram he wrote, among other things, that the allegations “have deeply shocked us as a band and me as a person.” However, he does not believe that “something criminally relevant” happened. “And yet things seem to have happened that – albeit legally ok – I personally don’t think is okay.” (Read a classification of the statement here.)
