1 BILO JEPSON (photo) : Admittedly, this transalpine trotter is the least silvery of the peloton. However, since his debut in France this winter, he has never finished further than 4th, signing six podiums, including three successes, in seven public outings. Winner of a quinté at Caen, in March, and recent 2nd in a Gr.III, at Vincennes, it should not be far from the truth.
5 HAPPY VALLEY : Her music speaks for itself. It has indeed eleven victories in nineteen public performances. In addition, she signed two successes in four outings on the Cabourg track. Even if it has not been seen in competition since the beginning of May, it is one of the priority choices for the race.
3 SAHARA JEABURN : This Scandinavian trotter didn’t take long to shine on our soil, winning in April at Cholet, proof in particular of his aptitude for rope courses on the right. Recent second in a Gr.III, the Prix du Louvre, on July 9 at Enghien, he lines up at the start of this race with legitimate ambitions.
4 AURA SL : His last three outings have resulted in as many podiums, including two obtained on rings on the right hand, at Meslay-du-Maine and Toulouse. Having just proved her good physical condition under the saddle, and aligned unshod on all four feet, she can accompany the previous names. We keep.
7 FAKIR OF MAHEY : This 7-year-old trotter enters this competition in full possession of his means. Evidenced by its two recent victories, those acquired last month at Meslay-du-Maine and Vincennes. On the other hand, he has already won at Cabourg. So many results that give him a good chance to defend here.
12 FAITHFUL : Wisdom is not one of his main qualities. He has also suffered three disqualifications in his last four public appearances. However, he has titles to assert in such a society, he faces a favorable commitment to the first level of departure and his entourage attaches the services of Yoann Lebourgeois. It will therefore be of interest to lovers of valid outsiders.
14 VICTOR FARM : Second of the three residents of Jean-Michel Bazire at the start of this race, this 8-year-old no longer has to prove himself in fifths, counting two victories and five places in 17 attempts. Even if it is never easy to make the distance on this track, a place is in its strings.
6 FRENCH MAN : He has his lack of consistency against him and has often been disqualified in recent weeks. However, in 1’13”5 he has the best time in the peloton on this course, a time established on the occasion of his 4th place obtained in this race last year. He will try to do as well this year.

Casual winner at Vincennes recently, Fakir of Mahey, who has taken a step forward since joining Mathieu Mottier, will pass a new test against such opposition.
