Saturday morning, south of Toulouse, a motorist who was near the commercial area of Roques-sur-Garonne was allegedly chased by another car, before forcing him to stop. Once stopped, one of his pursuers shot him in the legs, injuring him in the foot and knee according to La Dépêche du Midi.
The injured 27-year-old was then taken to the emergency room. This is where the medical services warned the police of the attack. An investigation was opened by the Toulouse public prosecutor’s office for attempted murder and entrusted to the search for the gendarmerie by Muret. The investigations will have to determine if this assault follows an altercation in discotheque, where the victim would have spent the evening.
