In a press release on Monday, the Junge Union Pullach has now openly explained the motive for its refusal under the title “Former board member on the wrong track”: “The reason why we as the Junge Union did not advocate a change of Dr. Mosts to Neuried to endorse it is obvious. We would not approve if Dr. Most continues to pursue politics on behalf of the CSU, regardless of which local association he is a member of. “
In the letter signed by its local chairman Florian Leeb, the Junge Union Pullach admits without further ado that it wanted to block Andreas Most’s way to a local association for all the future. The CSU district chairman Florian Hahn did not want to comment on this process. The open words of the Junge Union are surprising insofar as Christine Eisenmann, Most’s successor as parliamentary group leader, refused to comment on the reasons and also from a few days ago, pointing out that the decision against Most’s request to change had been made in a closed session the head of the CSU local branch in Pullach had not yet been given any information. In the meantime, he and Caroline Voit, who has completely resigned from the CSU, have founded the “Pullach Plus” faction. Most wants to remain a member of the party, but has nothing more to do with his own local association.
