“The greatest goalkeeper in the world”. When announcing the extension of Keylor Navas for an additional season (The Costa Rican is now linked to PSG until 2024), Nasser Al-Khelaïfi has not saved his praise: “I am very happy to extend the contract of Keylor Navas (34 years old). He inspires great confidence in the team and our fans love him. He will be a decisive player in the major deadlines at the end of the season, and in the years to come ”.

Recruited in the summer of 2019 to finally put an end to the waltz of the middle goalkeepers in the Parisian cage (Sirigu, Areola, Trapp), Navas, triple winner of the Champions League with Real Madrid, has largely met expectations. To speak only of this season, San Keylor greatly relieved a team in enormous difficulty against Barça on the return by stopping Messi’s penalty, before disgusting Bayern Munich on his own in the quarter-finals first leg in Germany. We count on him to do as well against City on Wednesday.
