PS5 version coming in a month – these features are included

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt” now has an exact release date. The immersion trailer released today also showcases PS5-exclusive features.

Bloodhunt is a battle royale spin-off in the Vampire: The Masquerade series. The release was originally planned for the end of 2021, but in order to take player feedback into account, it was decided to postpone it. The exact date is known since today: Am April 27th Bloodhunt is coming to PS5 and PC.

1440p and 60 FPS in Performance mode

The final version has both a performance and a quality mode. Because this is a fast-paced multiplayer game, you should go for “Performance” for a smooth 60 FPS. The resolution here is 1440 pixels.

The setting is a realistic replica of Prague, the Czech capital. In order to depict as many details as possible, the developer studio Sharkmob sent a photogrammetry team to Prague. Over 10,000 pictures were taken, which were incorporated into the development. The result is unique textures and thousands of objects that create an authentic game world.

In addition to the convincing optics, the development team has optimized the sound. If you use the 3D audio of the PS5, you will hear an impressive soundscape. The PULSE 3D headset helps you locate dangers and capture your opponents faster. Use the three-dimensional sound to your advantage.

Thanks to the DualSense controller, the gameplay could be further improved. “The weight of the battle” should be noticeable and the lamp adapts to the respective situation. The speaker also plays a role: tones sound when you use items or suck the blood of another vampire.
