The rapper Bushido and a former business partner no longer want to work together. But who gets to keep the seven houses they once purchased together?

In the civil lawsuit over joint housing transactions with his former business partner, the rapper Bushido rejected another offer for settlement. An offer from a lawyer for his ex-partner Arafat A.-Ch. he replied on Wednesday before the Higher Regional Court in Brandenburg an der Havel with a clear “no”.

The trial involves seven houses that both men purchased together in Rüdersdorf, Brandenburg. After several arguments, both want to part ways on business.

Bushido – whose real name is Anis Mohamed Ferchichi – accuses his former business partner of taking money from their joint venture and using it for private purposes. Arafat A.-Ch. contradicts this representation. The money was also spent in the rapper’s interest and in mutual agreement. The answer to this question determines how much money Bushido will give to A.-Ch. would have to be paid if the residential complex were taken over.

The trial is part of a series of legal battles between the two. Most recently, the rapper had a civil case against his ex-business partner Arafat A.-Ch. to be right by a sum of millions. The court confirmed that there was no management contract between the two.
