According to the court spokeswoman, one of the participants in the process fell ill with Corona. The appointment planned for Monday can therefore not take place.

The renewed testimony of rapper Bushido in the trial against his ex-business partner, a Berlin clan boss, is postponed.

As a court spokeswoman announced on Friday, one of those involved in the proceedings fell ill with Corona, so that the appointment planned for this Monday (June 27) will not take place. On that day, the musician, whose real name is Anis Mohamed Ferchichi, was to be questioned about an audio document that appeared during the process. The audio file is said to have been secretly made at a meeting between the rapper and his ex-manager on January 18, 2018, which was decisive for the process.

The magazine “Stern” initially reported on the file, and the audio file has also been available to the responsible criminal court since the beginning of February. The audio document has been transcribed and is now to be reviewed in the presence of Bushido. At first it was unclear when the process could be continued.

The musician is a witness and joint plaintiff in the criminal proceedings. Much of the allegation is based on his statements. The charges against clan chief Arafat A.-Ch. and three of his brothers are, among other things, deprivation of liberty, attempted aggravated extortion, coercion, dangerous bodily harm, insult and infidelity.
