A football coach who is only suspected of having approached a child inappropriately can be expelled from the Bavarian Football Association for life following a decision by the civil senate at the Munich Higher Regional Court (OLG). A coach from the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district had appealed against this decision. He was accused of sexually assaulting a ten-year-old boy at a football camp in 2014. The parents had rejected criminal investigations at the time.
