A 42-year-old man offered heroin to snuff two minors on a table tennis table in the Munich Isar floodplains. After half a line, a 16-year-old was no longer responsive, he was taken to a clinic due to possible danger to his life, and the adult was immediately taken into custody. The district court sentenced the man to two years and nine months in prison.
