3:30 p.m. : On Telegram, Volodymyr Zelensky claims that most of the 36 rockets launched in recent hours “were slaughtered” by Ukrainian anti-aircraft forces. He denounces “loose strikes on essential sites”.

3:26 p.m. : The Ukrainian president takes the floor and accuses Russia of having carried out a “massive attack” with 36 rocket hits that night.

3:24 p.m. : Volodymyr Zelensky’s services notably report 672,000 subscribers “disconnected” in the Khmelnytskyi region, between kyiv and Lviv. Added to this are 242,000 homes without black in the oblast of Cherkasy, in the center of the country.

3:15 p.m. : More than a million homes are without electricity after new Russian strikes today, says the Ukrainian presidency.

2:27 p.m. : Meanwhile, Russia accuses Ukraine of killing two civilians and knocking out 15,000 people of electricity in strikes on the Belgorod region bordering Ukraine, this morning.

2:19 p.m. : “All civilian inhabitants of Kherson must immediately leave the city”now asks the local pro-Russian administration, referring to a “tense situation on the front” and “an increased danger of massive bombardments”.

2:10 p.m. : Faced with the Ukrainian counter-offensive, pro-Russian forces had already urged civilians to move to the left bank of the Dnieper, which borders the city. “The city of Kherson, like a fortress, prepares its defense”, warned a local occupation official yesterday.
