Gary Goldsmith has left the “Celebrity Big Brother” house again. Kate’s uncle had previously revealed details about her health.
The Royal Family must have breathed a sigh of relief when it became clear on Friday night that Gary Goldsmith (58) had to leave the TV show “Celebrity Big Brother” (ITV new edition), the British version of “Celebrity Big Brother”. The millionaire businessman and uncle of Princess Kate (42) was chosen first.
Gary Goldsmith: “I achieved my goal”
In his first interview on “Late & Live”, Kate’s mother’s brother, Carole Middleton (69), was satisfied after moving out: “I had the best time, I went in with a goal and achieved it in five days.” , he enthused, according to Mail Online. He further explained, “I don’t consider myself a celebrity, I just happen to be related to someone who is a big celebrity.”
Gary had previously claimed he had no interest in being a celebrity and when hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best asked him if that was true, he said: “One hundred percent. I want to change what people think about my personality. It hurts when they refer to things that happened 20 years ago and not all of them are true, they call me a jumping jack,” he gave an insight into his motivation to take part in the TV show.
Goldsmith was sentenced to a £5,000 fine and a community service order in November 2017 after pleading guilty to one count of assault.
Uncle Gary on Kate: “She puts other people first”
When asked who Princess Kate would see as the winner now that he has left the house, Goldsmith named British-Jamaican celebrity chef Levi Roots (65). “I have so much respect for him and if he wins, he will use it for good,” he explained. The moderators didn’t let up and asked again: “And do you think Kate would be okay with that?” Her uncle replied, “One hundred percent, she puts other people first.”
He had previously spoken about his niece on the show. There, Goldsmith, also known as the scandal uncle, chats frankly about her state of health after abdominal surgery. In the season premiere on March 4th, he explained that Prince William’s (41) wife was currently receiving the “best care in the world.” The Mountbatten-Windsor and Middleton families are also said to be close together during the difficult time for Kate, as “Us Weekly” reported, citing the TV show.
“The whole family has dropped everything and is taking care of the family above all else,” said Goldsmith on the television show “Celebrity Big Brother.” However, the reality TV participant did not want to reveal any more details about Kate’s health, which has recently given rise to a lot of speculation.
