The real reasons for Princess Kate’s stay in the clinic remain as obscure as her disappearance from the luxury clinic.

London – While King Charles (75) was open about his prostate operation and left “The London Clinic” through the front door with Queen Camilla yesterday, his daughter-in-law Kate Middleton (42) took a tactic and secretly sneaked out the back door in an unnoticed moment outside the clinic to return to the four walls of the Adelaide Cottage.

While King Charles puts the cards on the table, Princess Kate holds back on details

If husband Prince William (41) had come to pick up his wife after 14 days in the luxury clinic, the heir to the throne would have had no chance of getting past the photographers unnoticed. But no one suspected anything when Kate’s personal assistant and good friend, Natasha Archer (36), had a few plants loaded into a car at the back entrance.

Archer was photographed in her car leaving the London Clinic in the morning. Behind her was another van with a floral arrangement on the passenger seat. Apparently a get-well greeting that brightened the princess’s days in the hospital; there was no trace of a princess who had recently had an operation.

Do royals have best friends? If so, Natasha Archer would definitely be Kate’s best friend

Natasha was the first non-family member to come to the Lindo Wing after the birth of Prince George, 10. She was also present at the then Duchess’s two subsequent births. She accompanied Kate on a six-hour hike to a monastery in Bhutan, just in case she needed to change before the photographers rushed to the finish line.

Natasha was originally hired at Kensington Palace as a personal assistant. After repeatedly providing Kate with fashion tips and tricks, Natasha’s job title quickly changed: from assistant to her personal stylist.

But Kate’s illness continues to pose a mystery. What is she really suffering from?

But at some point between the flower pots, the Princess of Wales must have sneaked into a car unnoticed and perhaps even hidden. The fact is: none of the waiting photographers who stood at attention got the mother of three in front of their lens. The suspicion is that Princess Kate did not want to be seen. Now everyone is wondering why?

This opens the door to speculation in all directions, because Kate, like King Charles, was able to walk through the main entrance with her head held high when the monarch made his way home in the afternoon, three days after his successful prostate operation. Now everything is focused on the first appearance of those in need of recovery, who don’t want to be back in action until Easter. The cameras now focus on Windsor.
