Prince William and Princess Kate have performed together again after a three-week break.

Prince William (40) and his wife, Princess Kate (40), are back together on behalf of the crown. After taking a break from public appearances in recent weeks to spend the rest of the school year with their three children, the Prince and Princess of Wales were out and about in Scarborough on Thursday (November 3). The two visited the North Yorkshire resort to set up funds to support young people’s mental health.

Kate and William met with young people

Princess Kate wore a camel turtleneck dress and a matching coat. A brown belt showed off her waist. The 40-year-old wore her hair open, and subtle make-up rounded off the look. Prince William, on the other hand, wore a burgundy sweater, blue shirt and navy blue jacket. Both had pinned a brooch in the shape of a red poppy. This has been used since 1921 to commemorate military personnel who died in wars.

The Royal Foundation and Two Ridings Community Foundation have brought together local funders to support the work of community-led organizations working with young people in the Scarborough area. As part of this, Prince William and Princess Kate have met with local organizations that will benefit from a £345,000 grant.

Many meetings in one day

Her first stop was The Street, a community center that provides opportunities for local organizations to expand and grow their services. Prince William and Princess Kate also met with young people supported by local organizations. The royal couple then spoke to three local charities, which are also benefiting from the funding.

“The young people we have had the pleasure of meeting today will play a key role in ensuring that these funds get to where they are needed and make a difference for the communities of Scarborough now and in the future,” the royals explained on their official Instagram account.

Prince William and Princess Kate took a break from royal appointments in late October as their three children – Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4, were out of school. The two have previously reduced their schedules during school holidays to spend time with their children.
