Prince Harry in court – media

Prince Harry is testifying against the Mirror Newspapers Group, which he wants to hold accountable for much personal suffering. He is interrogated by a lawyer dubbed “The Beast”.

The presiding judge is called Timothy Fancourt, but hardly anyone calls him that. Fancourt, a renowned Supreme Court judge in the United Kingdom for six years, is called “Justice”, Justice Fancourt, also on the reputable websites of bar associations and courts, as if “justice” was his first name. Of course, this trial at the Royal High Court in central London will be presided over by a stage-named judge. The lines between seriousness and entertainment blur, that’s always the case with Harry.
