Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan have landed in Canada. On site they will take part in the planning for the upcoming Invictus Games.

Prince Harry (39) and Duchess Meghan (42) have arrived in Canada. The two flew from their (adopted) home in California to British Columbia on a private jet to begin preparations for next year’s Invictus Games.

As “Mail Online” continues to report, the couple landed in Vancouver, the “City of Glass,” shortly after 12 p.m. after a two-hour flight from Santa Barbara – the closest airport to their home in Montecito. After a 39-minute stop, the jet took off again and flew to the provincial capital Victoria, where it landed at 12:47 p.m.

The British initiator of the charity competitions and his American wife arrived for a three-day stay.

Surprise visit in November

The celebrity couple traveled to Vancouver back in November to promote the Invictus Games with a surprise visit to an ice hockey game.

Harry, a former British Army captain, founded the tournament in 2014 to provide a platform for sporting competition for wounded, injured and ill soldiers and veterans. Most recently, the Invictus Games took place in Düsseldorf. After last year’s edition in Germany, the next Invictus Games will be held in February 2025 in Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.

Megxit: Harry and Meghan traveled to Canada

Personally, Meghan and Harry are also connected to Canada: immediately after Megxit in January 2020, they lived in a mansion called Mille Fleurs on Vancouver Island in the town of North Saanich, before moving to California when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out.

Their current visit comes after the couple became embroiled in a series of controversies, which included the launch of their new website. Sources now claim the couple have not consulted with palace officials about the use of their Sussex titles.
