Inspectors Max Ballauf (Klaus J. Behrendt) and Freddy Schenk (Dietmar Bär) have to solve the murder of a chief physician in a psychiatric clinic. Ballauf himself is currently being treated: After he shot his colleague Melanie Sommer (Anna Brüggemann) in action, he was plagued by nightmares and feelings of guilt. Sometimes he thinks he sees the dead woman in front of him. He can’t talk about it, not even with his partner Freddy Schenk.

8:15 p.m., ZDF, A table in Provence: Two doctors on the move, drama

dr Véronique Gilbert (Friederike Linke), who has returned from Hamburg to her family in southern France with her daughter Lea, opens with Dr. Hugo Simon (Nico Rogner) a new country doctor’s office. Hugo feels like an equal partner, but Véro, as the daughter of the previous owner Serge, has one percent more of the practice: reason for constant quarrels. In the midst of arguing – and flirting – they are called to a dramatic emergency. Magali (Valerie Stoll), Lea’s 18-year-old tutor, is standing on a bridge and wants to take his own life.

20:15, Sat.1, The Mule, Drama

Earl Stone (Clint Eastwood) is 90 years old and is left with nothing. After the bankruptcy of his nursery, he urgently needs a job – and a roof over his head. But neither his ex-wife Mary (Dianne Wiest) nor his daughter Iris (Alison Eastwood) are on good terms with the bon vivant. When Earl gets the offer to use his truck to transport suspicious cargo for Mexican clients, he doesn’t ask any questions. Cartel boss Laton (Andy García) soon takes a liking to his unusual “mule”.

Christian Wolff (Ben Affleck) uses his small tax consulting office as a cover to cook the books for organizations that have dirt on their hands – until resourceful tax investigator Ray King (JK Simmons) finds out. Chris then accepts a legal job and stumbles upon a conspiracy of unprecedented proportions.

Fast cars, a luxurious apartment and a bevy of beautiful women in pursuit – no wonder 19-year-old Adam (Alex Pettyfer) is quite impressed by Mike (Channing Tatum). The secret of his success is quickly revealed: As a successful stripper, he earns a golden nose as “Magic Mike” in the “Xquisite”, Tampa’s hottest club. Mike takes the inexperienced Adam under his wing and as “The Kid” teaches him the best dance moves, the art of seduction on stage and the art of asserting yourself backstage.
