Setback in the derby for Klopp and Liverpool FC

Jürgen Klopp suffered a bitter setback with Liverpool FC in the fight for the English football championship. In the derby at Everton FC, the German coach’s team lost 0:2 (0:1). Jarrad Branthwaite (27th) and Dominic Calvert-Lewin (58th) scored for the hosts at Goodison Park.
In the Premier League, Liverpool are still three points behind Arsenal in second place. The front-runner clearly won the derby against Chelsea FC 5-0 (1-0) on Tuesday and extended the lead over rivals Liverpool and Manchester City to three and four points respectively. Champion City have played two fewer games and play at Brighton & Hove Albion on Thursday.
