The coronavirus is particularly dangerous for pregnant women; experts have been warning against this for a few months. So probably the greater the shock for Fiona Erdmann.
Fiona Erdmann: Whole family suffers from Corona
The model already complained of cold symptoms last Saturday. She therefore went to the emergency room in Dubai, where a corona infection was found. Her entire family is now sick. On Sunday, the former GNTM candidate gave an interim status of the situation on her Instagram profile. “Our entire family is sick with Covid. And that although we have hardly been on the move, outside or in contact with many people in the last few weeks,” she wrote there. Erdmann explained that her son Leo was the first to develop symptoms, then she and her partner Moe. Meanwhile, his brother and father have also fallen ill. “So now we’re all sitting here with symptoms and keeping our quarantine,” said the 33-year-old.
Apart from a cough, her young son is fine, and her partner and his family are worse off. “Unfortunately Moe and the rest of the family are not doing so well. Moe in particular had a really bad fever and pain all over his body tonight,” said Erdmann, who lives in Dubai. “But I also have to say, I am actually doing well under the circumstances. I currently only have a runny nose, coughing and sneezing, no pain or other complaints. So currently a fairly harmless course. As soon as it started badly, was it ok again “, she wrote about her own condition.
Unborn baby is fine
The most important thing for you, however, is that the infection did not harm your unborn baby. “I feel it kicking and kicking and it just makes me feel so secure. For me, the Covid diagnosis was actually just such a huge shock because of my pregnancy, because I’m really afraid for my baby,” the model explained.
Erdmann had spoken in detail last year about her sad miscarriage. At the end of 2021, she revealed that she was pregnant again.
