Pour what? The English expression pour-over means to pour over. In this case of coffee. The term means classic hand filtering and is certainly not a new invention. The benefits and why even one of the coffee makers is on display at MoMA.

The coffee maker can even be seen in “James Bond: From Russia with Love”.
