Markus Söder has rebuilt his cabinet. This is quite popular with the CSU base. The fact that there is now one less woman in the ministerial group is considered by some to be the “opposite” of what was announced.

And what about the announced advancement of women – if there is one more man in the ministerial round after the revirement? The SZ asked around at the CSU base how the cabinet reshuffle by Prime Minister and party leader Markus Söder was received.
