Political talk show “Caren Miosga” has not yet exhausted its potential in the first broadcast – media

In the first episode of Caren Miosga’s new show of the same name, there are a few things you can safely do without. This symbolic logo, for example, or an ominous lamp and far too harmless questions. But they don’t stay. And the rest definitely has potential.

Things won’t stay that way. The logo, for example, won’t be permanently stuck down there at the edge of the screen in every episode of “Caren Miosga”. The logo may disappear altogether. White circle next to white square, which is certainly symbolic, although we don’t know exactly why. Maybe it stands for symbols that could be used in a logo, maybe there was a long process, maybe chosen semioticians (Robert Langdon, Umberto Eco, the purple Teletubby) sat in the Tubby bunker and painted pictograms on their bellies, until the end only a circle and a square remained, as the essence of the symbolic itself. Maybe just some resourceful ARD digital strategist happened to see the logo of the cloud security company “Kisi” and thought: “Oh, that looks pretty nice, we’ll take that.”
