Pokémon Go: Community Day with Flamiau today – This is what you need to know!

At the Community Day in March 2024 in Pokémon Go is today Flamiau the star. During the event period, you basically can’t miss the Pokémon in the game world.

Community Day is now a traditional, recurring event Pokémon Go and every month you get a new chance, it is especially appreciated because of the higher chance of shiny Pokémon, in this case of course that dazzling flamiau.

When does Community Day start in March 2024?

Here is the date for the current Community Day in Pokémon Go:

• Saturday March 16, 2024 – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. local time

On this day you can catch the following Pokémon and benefit from these bonuses:

• Saturday, March 16, 2024 – Flamiau + triple catch XP, double catch candies and double chance of XL candies from trainer level 31

What else you should know:

• Power during the event up to five snapshotsin order to attract a few additional flamiau around you.
• If you have Miezunder (Flamiau’s evolution) during the event and up to five hours afterwards Fuegro developed, it learns the Charged attack Blaze Cannonade.
• From the start of this event, Fuegro can also: Charged attack Dark Lariat learn.
• Decoy modules and smoke hold during the event for three hours
• Any exchange during the event and up to five hours afterwards costs 50% less stardust.
• It is an additional special exchange available, total on this day two pieces.
• For around one euro you can get a new and matching special research in the in-game shop.

Bonus raid battles against Miezunder after Community Day

When the normal Community Day period is over, you can 5 p.m. to 10 p.m continue for several more hours. Meanwhile, it is possible to fight Miezunder in four-star raids.

If you successfully complete such a raid, additional wild flamiau will appear around the respective arena for 30 minutes. The chance of Shiny is just as high as in the previous event period.

Keep in mind that you can only take part in these raid battles on site, i.e. with a normal raid pass or a premium battle pass. Participation via remote raid is not possible.

How does Community Day work in Pokémon Go?

At Community Day, a specific Pokémon is usually the focus and dominates the action in Pokémon Go for several hours.

The respective Pokémon appears more frequently in the wild during the event period, and you can also attract it with smoke and lure modules and take a few snapshots for additional encounters.

In addition, there are rotating bonuses, evolved Pokémon can have exclusive attacks, and in most cases the shiny version of the respective Pokémon makes its debut in the game during Community Day. On top of that, the chances of catching a dazzling specimen are significantly increased during the event period.
