In the early 1980s, Thomas Gottschalk and Mike Krüger shot the “Supernasen” films, now the two entertainers look back on their early days in a podcast.
Gentlemen, there are already quite a few podcasts. Now you both come as talking super noses. What do you have that others don’t?
Krüger: Experience, wisdom, beauty and… damn, there was something else…
Gottschalk: We can laugh at ourselves!
Krueger: That’s it.
Gottschalk: We never took each other very seriously. And we don’t take the subject of podcasts very seriously either.
What do you offer in the “Supernasen” podcast?
Gottschalk: We’re doing what we’ve always done: We don’t speak with a period or comma.
About what?
Gottschalk: About us. Together we have a hundred years of show business under our belt.
Krüger: We don’t have a message either. Except that Thomas wants to encourage everyone.
