Pliening and Parsdorf: Two men injured in industrial accidents – Ebersberg

Two men were injured in industrial accidents in the northern district of Ebersberg on Tuesday. The first accident happened around 3 p.m. on Neufarner Straße in Gelting near Pliening. According to the police, a 21-year-old employee caught his right hand while operating a metal bending machine, causing his fingers to be severely bruised. The worker from the northern district of Ebersberg was treated on site by the rescue workers and then taken to a Munich hospital by rescue helicopter. The second accident happened around 6.40 p.m. in the industrial area in Parsdorf. A 48-year-old man from the district of Munich used a forklift to transport goods in the company’s warehouse that a 20-year-old employee was supposed to pick up. The forklift driver ran over his colleague’s foot, the police reported. The man came to a Munich clinic with a suspected metatarsal fracture.
