When a vehicle is parked, the risk of an accident is not completely eliminated. A 61-year-old truck driver had to experience this painfully on Thursday morning in Planegg. According to the police, the man had parked his truck in Behringstrasse at around 10.30 a.m. and wanted to leave it using the running board. When he got out, however, he accidentally stepped on one foot and then fell onto the street from a height of about two meters. In the impact, the driver suffered head injuries that had to be treated by a doctor. The 61-year-old was taken to a hospital by the ambulance service.
