Wrongly parked cars are not only annoying for pedestrians and especially cyclists, but often dangerous. Authorities are responsible for the punishment, but for some they do too little. A dispute as to whether citizens are allowed to photograph other people’s cars themselves to preserve evidence is now ending up in court.
