American photographer William Eggleston is now 83 years old. For around half a century his name has stood for almost hysterically intensive “color photography” from the southern states of America. One can speak of a small surprise when they briefly recall in the commendable photo exhibition house C/O Berlin that this man also often took pictures here, in Berlin, i.e. in the world capital of the crazy colors.
