Philip Bradatsch at the Munich Monument Summer in the Old Mint – Munich

Concerts, cinema, guided tours: there is a lot going on at the Alte Münze at the moment, including a performance by the songwriter Philip Bradatsch this weekend – admission is free.

Musical contrasts await visitors to the Alte Münze this weekend. While on Friday, August 18, at swing and dance music by Monaco Swing If you don’t want to keep your legs still, the Munich songwriter Philip Bradatsch will strike his typically melancholic tones on Saturday, August 19th. As part of the “Summer of Monuments”, exhibitions, concerts and open-air cinema events have been taking place in the inner courtyard of the Alte Münze since the beginning of July, including the documentary series “Living with a Monument” by the filmmaker Sybille Krafft. The second part “Schoolhouse Stories” will be shown on Thursday, August 17th.

With the Old Mint on the Hofgraben, itself a monument, the perfect setting for Munich’s first summer of monuments has been found.
