Anyone who has just done laundry may still be able to smell it: the smell of fresh laundry. It’s usually subtle, but puts you in a good mood. Because it suggests cleanliness, security and freshness. Some even like this scent so much that they apply it in the form of perfume. We have put together which scents smell like freshly washed laundry and are worth it.
1. “Warm Cotton” by Clean Reserve
The name of this perfume already reveals it: the content of “Warm cotton” smells of warm cotton and is reminiscent of fresh laundry. Ginger and aquatic ozone tones can be smelled in the top note, pepper, mint green and floral cotton accords in the heart note. The eau de toilette is actually reminiscent of a “Lazy Sunday morning“: Lily of the valley, fruity pear and aldehydes reminiscent of fresh bed linen come together here, among other things. But orange blossom, iris as well as roses and white musk as well as patchouli can also still be smelled and convey freshness and security. And the bottle is also adapted to the motto and is discreet and kept nostalgic.
5. “White Linen” by Estée Lauder
Just like the first fragrance, this name also reveals directly what buyers can expect: “White Linen” by Estée Lauder impresses with scents of clean, white linen and a botanical blend of Bulgarian rose, jasmine and muguet. Violet and iris flowers as well as the smoky notes of vetiver, moss and amber round off the fresh laundry perfume.
Tips for applying fresh laundry perfume
- Apply the scent of your choice directly to the skin: wrist, neck, crook of the arm or décolleté are suitable.
- After a shower, when your pores are open, is a good time to apply perfume.
- It is also advisable to only put jewelry on after applying the fragrance, as not every piece of jewelry can tolerate being sprayed.
