For the second time since its founding eighteen months ago, PEN Berlin is meeting on Friday and Saturday for a general meeting with an accompanying congress. And even compared to the eventful founding phase, one has to say: he had quieter times. There were accusations, resignations, legal letters, almost always about Israel.
