For the authors of the detailed paper, there was no doubt: the flow of money from the state treasury to the accounts of the political foundations was highly non-transparent, and the generous allocation was a decision on their own behalf – party members distributed money to party-affiliated foundations. Conclusion: “The financing of the party foundations must be regulated by law.”
