YouTube stars Paola Maria and Alexander Koslowski are going their separate ways. Nevertheless, the two remain “a family and a team”.
The YouTuber Paola Maria (28) has on her channel uploaded a new video, which is simply titled “We broke up…”. “As you can see in the title, we have split up,” explains Paola Maria (28), who is sitting next to her husband Alexander Koslowski (35), called Sascha, in the clip. There had already been speculation that the two had also “received some messages”. “We just wanted to say it, because of course we are now taking further steps, such as living separately,” she continues.
The focus of the two is currently on their children. “It is very important to us that our little treasures get the fullest attention and love from both parents.” It is also “important for the ex-couple to say: There is no hate or bad blood between us”. “There is just understanding between us, we are and will remain a family and a team,” says the 28-year-old.
“Hard time” in the past two years
Sascha Koslowski adds: “Don’t get me wrong, I love her like the first day.” They had “repeatedly had a hard time in the last two years,” says Paola Maria. “We always tried to make the best of this time and get out. But we realized that we’re at a point where we can’t make it anymore.” Her husband explains: “We didn’t work together anymore. We lost ourselves too.”
“Sascha is and remains the most important person, he is the father of my children and the person I trust the most in this world,” continued Paola Maria. What the future will bring, the two “could not say at the moment”. The couple still live together in an apartment, “but not for much longer”.
Paola Maria and Sascha Koslowski got married in September 2017. They have been in a relationship since 2013. The two have sons Leonardo (3) and Alessandro (1). Koslowski became known together with his cousin Dimitri (35) as the YouTube comedian duo DieAussenseiter. The two ran their channel until 2016. Paola Maria started her YouTube career in 2013.
