Pajeon: How to make delicious Korean vegetable pancakes

Many like it sweet, but pancakes also taste great with veggies — and with soy sauce to dip in.

“Pajeon” is Korean and means something like green pancake. Fill it with what the vegetable compartment has to offer, and as much of that as possible. For those who are lazy, the dough can be found in Asian supermarkets as a finished product. But you can easily make it yourself. The original uses rice flour, we stick with flour and corn starch. If you want to spice up your green pancake, add shrimp or other seafood.
