Paderborn scores seven goals, Karlsruhe six – Sport

With a 7:2 (5:2) thrashing of Holstein Kiel, SC Paderborn regained the lead in the 2nd Bundesliga. Darmstadt 98 (also twelve points) had meanwhile taken first place on Friday with a 2-1 (2-0) win at Hamburger SV. After a messed-up start to the season, Karlsruher SC is on the up and won 6-0 (3-0) at Jahn Regensburg after an impressive performance. SV Sandhausen lost to 1. FC Nürnberg 1:2 (1:0). The club showed a clear improvement in performance in the second half and earned three points from SVS.
