Tessier arrived at OM in March 2022 as deputy general director in charge of finance and investments. After the departure of several managers in the fall, following a very stormy meeting between management and representatives of supporter groups, he was appointed general manager.
In this capacity he was responsible for five areas, “operations, business, administration and finance, communication and sports”, and his weight within the club had increased considerably.
