Since the Ethereum network’s Shanghai upgrade, over 1 million ETH has been withdrawn.
The Shanghai Upgrade, also known as Shapella, occurred on April 12, 2023 at block 6209536, which allows investors to withdraw their staked ETH.
As of now, more than 1.02 million ETH has been withdrawn, according to data from token.unlocks 373,040 coins have been deposited since the Shanghai upgrade, with a total of 646,210 coins deposited on the network.
15% of the total Ethereum supply is deposited into the platform. 17.30 million ETH worth over $36.1 billion
The number of ETH pending withdrawal orders is below $2 billion after hitting $3 billion yesterday, and 877,880 ETH is pending withdrawal processing. It now has $125.23 million in ETH withdrawn per day.
The ETH price is currently at $2,094.56, the interest rate for ETH investors is below 5%.
