Tadej Pogacar starts with a masterpiece
In his ambition to overtake the Giro (May 4-26) and Tour de France (June 29-July 21) without ending up burned, Tadej Pogacar has lightened his early season program. But that doesn’t stop him from impressing. Only one race, the Strade Bianche, won after a solitary 80 kilometer raid against tough competition (Pidcock, Mohoric, Van Gils…). A masterpiece. Herald of a season of fire?
