A major fire has kept residents and rescue workers in Ottobrunn in suspense for hours. According to information available so far, there was apparently an explosion on Haselweg in the early afternoon. As a result, a bungalow and two adjacent row houses were in flames. Hundreds of fire brigades from all over the area have been trying to put out the fire since then. It looks like the fire is not yet under control at the moment. It is unclear whether there were people in the house at the time of the accident. The police did not want to rule out that people had been harmed at the scene of the accident. So far there is no confirmation of this. There is also no information on the cause of the accident. A possible gas explosion cannot be ruled out. The entire area around the settlement with atrium houses is largely cordoned off, and Ranhazweg is completely closed.
