A woman in Swabia helped convict thieves by allegedly selling a used car. On Epiphany in Germaringen (Ostallgäu district), unknown people stole cash and a bag of sweets from a star singers’ handcart.
Two men who, according to the police statement on Monday, matched the description of the perpetrator by witnesses, contacted the woman on the same day as interested in a car. The woman arranged a meeting and informed the officers who found the men. A 25-year-old finally admitted to the theft. The donated money was found and can now be used for the intended good purpose, as it was said.
