In the second quarter, sales tripled to 45.7 million euros, as the company announced on Wednesday. However, CTS Eventim is still a long way from the pre-crisis level with sales of more than 400 million euros between April and the end of June 2019. Group boss Klaus-Peter Schulenberg still does not dare to make a precise forecast for 2021 despite the significant increase in ticket sales. He calls for a clear policy framework for events in the pandemic. “The state aid is a great support, but the industry finally wants to earn its money again through work,” said Schulenberg.
