Christian Lindner’s tax plans relieve high earners more than low earners. This shows that the Minister of Finance does not recognize the seriousness of the social situation – or does not want to recognize it.
Finance Minister Christian Lindner has proposed tax cuts worth billions, from which high earners end up having more in their pockets than low earners. Nevertheless, he can of course explain verbosely why everything is “fair” and “socially balanced”. He cites the famous “broad shoulders” who already bear a greater tax burden and shouldn’t be burdened any more. And he tells the story of the evil Treasury who profits from inflation and is not allowed to “enrich” himself with his citizens.
